Sales Operations Associate - Utility Programs


The Sales Operations Associate will assist the PureSense ESP team by providing hands-on sales support and analytical insights, while taking responsibility for administrative efforts. This person should be interested in determining the steps in a business process and putting them into practice. Position reports to VP, Energy Management while supporting both ESP operations and sales.

Channel Marketing Manager

PureSense works with growers to improve irrigation management. We are currently seeking a Channel Marketing Manager capable of leading the design of the company’s partner strategy, with primary focus on driving sales lead generation efforts through innovative agreements with PCA’s, Irrigation equipment vendors, independent agronomy consultants, grower associations and others as appropriate. Additionally, this manager is responsible for modeling and developing a scalable re-seller channel to cover all aspects of service, support and sales. The Channel Marketing Manager will develop, gain executive team approval and implement comprehensive partner plans, policies and procedures that most efficiently drive lead generation and build industry equity while minimizing channel conflict between partners. The successful Channel Marketing Manager will;
• Generate an effective sales and marketing strategy that increases partner engagement resulting in substantial incremental sales revenue.
• Engage with the leadership of each PureSense partner and potential partner to define the relationship and implement agreed upon marketing and communications initiatives.
• Work with the PureSense Marketing Manager and Training Manager to develop and implement effective sales tools and partner training programs.

Systems Architect

PureSense is an emerging information company that integrates software as a service (SaaS) with real-time environmental monitoring in the agricultural sector. Our customers include some of the largest fruit and nut growers in California and the Pacific Northwest. We have over 200 customers and support nearly 1,000 fields monitored by our environmental monitoring stations. PureSense is positioned for extensive growth over the next few years, and needs a System Architect that can help drive the integration of improved real-time monitoring capabilities with our software platform.

This position requires substantial experience in M2M integration projects, server-side systems that support M2M operations, and a background in electro-mechanical system design and manufacturing is a plus. The Systems Architect must have product development and integration experience with telecommunications, data acquisition web services that can support data delivery from remote appliances, geographical positioning system data sources, server-based controls of remote devices, and unifying protocols to drive the creation of or adherence to relevant standards in the systems integrated into PureSense solutions.

Regional Support Manager

Work directly with PureSense customers to help with solution design, software configuration and user training for the award-winning PureSense Irrigation Manager product. The job primarily focuses on helping growers to successfully adopt information systems in their decision making for irrigation management, resulting in improved plant health, increased crop value and reduced input costs. The Support Manager will also assist sales efforts by identifying up-sell opportunities and reference customers for PureSense solutions. PureSense Support Managers are responsible for providing agronomic support to all PureSense customers in a specific geographic territory.

Regional Account Manager

The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for all aspects of sales and field marketing within their designated market area and for guiding the success of the PureSense service for customers.
